Payment Security & Refunds
This Payment Security & Refunds Policy governs all financial transactions between you (the "Customer") and AllHeart Web Inc. ("MarketXY"). It supplements the fee and payment provisions of the MarketXY Terms of Use. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms set out in this Policy.
Payment Processing
All payment processing for MarketXY subscriptions and credit purchases is handled by Stripe Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. MarketXY does not store, transmit, or have direct access to your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials. Stripe's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to payment data processing.
Accepted Payment Methods
- ✓Major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
- ✓ACH bank transfers (US customers, Enterprise plans only)
- ✓Wire transfers (Enterprise plans, with prior written approval)
- ✓Purchase Orders — Enterprise customers with approved credit terms
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified in your subscription or enterprise agreement. Currency conversion is handled by your card issuer or bank and may incur additional fees.
Billing & Invoicing
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis according to the plan selected at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date via your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected].
Enterprise / Invoice Customers
For enterprise customers on invoice terms, full payment is due within five (5) calendar days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month (18% annualised). MarketXY reserves the right to suspend access for overdue accounts.
Price Changes
MarketXY may revise subscription pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect the current billing cycle. You will receive at least 14 days' notice of any price increase before your next renewal date.
Refund Policy
No Refunds For
- ✕Unused subscription time (monthly or annual)
- ✕Plan downgrades during an active billing cycle
- ✕Unused API credits or export credits
- ✕Early cancellation of annual subscriptions
- ✕Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Use violations
Exceptions — When We May Issue Refunds or Credits
- ✓Billing errors: if you were charged an incorrect amount, we will promptly correct it and refund any overcharge
- ✓Duplicate charges: verified duplicate transactions will be refunded in full
- ✓Service unavailability: if MarketXY experiences a platform-wide outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours, affected Pro or Enterprise customers may request a pro-rata service credit — not a cash refund
- ✓Statutory rights: in jurisdictions where consumer protection laws require refunds in specific circumstances, MarketXY will comply with applicable law

Invoice Disputes
If you believe an invoice is inaccurate, you must notify us in writing at [email protected] within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. Your dispute must include a detailed explanation and any supporting documentation. Undisputed portions of an invoice remain due on the original payment terms. Failure to dispute within 30 days constitutes acceptance of the invoice as accurate and final.

Promotional, goodwill, or SLA service credits issued by MarketXY are subject to the following conditions:
Payment Security
MarketXY implements the following security measures to protect your payment information:
- ✓PCI-DSS compliance: all payment flows are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider
- ✓TLS encryption: all data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher
- ✓Tokenisation: card data is tokenised at the point of entry and never stored on MarketXY servers
- ✓3D Secure: supported for card-issuing banks that require additional authentication
- ✓Fraud monitoring: Stripe's Radar fraud detection analyses every transaction in real time
If you suspect unauthorised use of your payment method, contact your card issuer immediately and email [email protected].
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, MarketXY will attempt to notify you via email. We may retry the charge up to three times over a 7-day period. If payment remains unsuccessful after retry attempts, your subscription may be downgraded or suspended. Access will be restored upon successful payment of the outstanding amount.
Taxes
All listed prices exclude applicable taxes, including VAT, GST, sales tax, and other locally required duties. Tax is calculated based on your billing address and applicable laws. MarketXY may collect and remit taxes on your behalf where required by law. You agree to provide a valid tax exemption certificate if applicable, otherwise all applicable taxes will be added to your invoice.
